Andrea Rudert
Andrea Rudert is an Associate with Edelman’s Brand and Corporate Citizenship team, and specializes in social impact investing and social entrepreneurship. She has worked with social enterprises such as Endeavor, the Deshpande Foundation in India, and ARD in Colombia, with a focus on market-based solutions to society’s greatest deficits. Her experience also includes nonprofit partnership development. She has consulted the Guggenheim Museum on strategic corporate partnership development, and activated integrated sponsorship packages for the Tribeca Film Festival. As Vice President of Career Development for her graduate school’s Social Enterprise Association, she cultivated relationships with social-sector organizations. Prior to business school, Andrea managed the operations and finances of AR Loyalty Marketing, a boutique marketing agency and analyzed publicly traded companies for institutional investors at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., a multinational investment bank. Andrea completed her MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business, with a specialization in Finance and Social Innovation and Impact. In 2009 she was awarded the Stern Social Impact Internship Fund for her commitment to a career in social enterprise. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College, where she also worked in the school’s donor relations department. Her passion for all forms of digital communication inspired her to earn a Professional Certificate in Digital Media Marketing at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She loves physical challenges and travel, and among her adventures has summited Tanzania’s Mount Kilimanjaro, hiked to Ciudad Perdida in the jungles of Colombia, and ran the Boston and New York City marathons.
